Teacher Material Request Form

Need materials on a certain subject? Just fill out the online request form, tell us subject, grade level and type of material needed and we’ll be happy to check our shelves and pull what we have available. You can then drop by and check-out what you think is appropriate.  Please give at least a week notice before items are needed!

 

The Pendleton County Public Library wants to offer you the best resources that we have available so that your students have the best information possible.

 

To accomplish this we have created some special advantages available to teachers only.

 

1. No Fines

Items checked out on cards with teacher status will accumulate no fines.

 

2. Extended Check-out

You receive a four-week check-out period instead of our normal two- week check-out time.

 

3. Unlimited Books

Teachers have no limits on the amount of books that they can check-out at a time.

 

4. Interlibrary Loans

If we do not have an item available that a teacher or a student needs, we can order it from another library (please allow 2 weeks).

 

5. Call for selection assitance

6. Library Tours

Please feel free to contact us if you would like to bring your class for a library tour or research project. We try to make the experience both fun and informative and will work with you to accomplish whatever goals you might have for your students.

 

Don’t have a library card? Drop by today and sign-up. If you do have a library card, make sure we have you designated as a teacher so that you can take advantage of these opportunities.
